Installation
1) When Will Paradise Air Inc. Arrive For My Installation?
The average arrival time is 8:30 AM. Sometimes traffic can slow us down.

2) Can I Leave To Run Errands Or Go To Work?
Yes. Simply let the service technician from Paradise Air Inc.know you are leaving and how we can reach you, if necessary. If you need to leave before we arrive, provide your service technician or our dispatcher with very explicit instructions about how we may enter your home. We need to know where to find the key, and gate codes, a security code for any home security systems, the room where a dog or cat will be kept and whether they will be caged, as well as any other pertinent information.

3) Should I Cover My Carpets?
No. We will enter your home wearing show covers, and then place drop cloths from the entry door to all the areas we intend to walk.

4) Will I Need To Clean After The Installation?
No. After we install your Air Conditioner we will vacuum the areas where we worked. While we will try to get everything, there might be some residual dust from the installation for a couple of days.

1) Why Do A/C units break down?
Did you know that 70% of air conditioner break downs could be avoided if regular maintenance is performed?  Last summer, most of our no cooling calls were due to dirty coils, clogged drain lines, or systems that had a low refrigerant charge.


Maintenance:

Included in our Preventative Maintenance Agreement is a precision tuneup and professional cleaning. Basically we are rejuvenating your systems to run at optimal efficiency. We also have many other perks in our program such as: discount on repairs, priority emergency service with no overtime charges, and a 20% discount on tuneups. Tips & Tricks:

Before calling us for a No-Cooling call, please check your electrical breakers, the battery in the thermostat and the condition of your filters. You may be able to fix the problem yourself!

Thermostat Settings:

Whether you have a regular thermostat, programmable thermostat or an advanced WIFI unit, we can show and educate you how to use it to best fit your indoor comfort needs.

General:

Change your filters regularly and contact us for our Preventative Maintenance Programs.
